The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is proud to present the third annual Boots on the Boulevard, a multi-day concert series inside The Chelsea, in celebration of Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (WNFR). Boots on the Boulevard will open on Dec. 14 with a live performance by multi-platinum singer/songwriter Luke Combs. Country music fans can also enjoy Kip Moore and Jon Pardi at The Chelsea on Saturday, Dec. 15 as part of the 2018 Boots on the Boulevard concert series.
