Flatland Cavalry is not a casual ticket buy. They have a strong Red Dirt base and a big list of high-ticket friends that like to pop in on their shows so those in the know tend to buy the max number of tickets they can get while they’re still an affordable act to see, that way they can introduce their friends to the act and make a party of it at some once-in-a-lifetime intimate shows.
Their audience travels. They pre-plan. They show up in boots ready to stay all night.
In strong Texas, Oklahoma, and Midwest markets, I would not assume these sit for weeks. Especially in mid-size theaters where capacity is limited.
