Rock The South is making one of the boldest moves in country music for 2026. While several major artists have canceled concerts and multiple festivals have reduced lineups or scaled back operations this year, Rock The South has announced it is expanding from three days to four days with more than 30 artists, a brand-new venue, and the first-ever Midway Fair. Tickets are on sale now through Country Music On Tour at https://countrymusicontour.com.

The 15th annual festival will take place October 1 through October 4, 2026 at The Fields at Decatur in Decatur, Alabama. Headliners include Jason Aldean, Riley Green, Zach Top, and Jessie Murph, joined by Craig Morgan, The Band Perry, Brantley Gilbert, Kameron Marlowe, Avery Anna, BigXThaPlug, Stella Lefty, Lakeview, and more. The expansion also brings a full Midway Fair featuring carnival rides, games, and fair food, marking the first fair in Decatur since 2018 and the first time Rock The South has added this attraction.
Tickets are available now with single-day passes, four-day passes, camping, and ticket packages. Fans can also find verified resale tickets through Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, and Vivid Seats if preferred. Anyone holding tickets for the originally scheduled June dates will have those tickets honored in October, with additional access depending on the original ticket purchased. Campers will automatically receive access for all four festival days.

WhiskeyChick’s Take
This announcement says a lot about where Rock The South stands. At a time when rising costs and changing touring economics have forced some festivals to shrink or disappear altogether, Rock The South is betting bigger. Adding an entire fourth day, moving into a new venue, expanding the lineup, and introducing a Midway Fair is the opposite of playing it safe. With Jason Aldean, Riley Green, Zach Top, and Jessie Murph leading the charge, this has all the ingredients to become one of the biggest country music weekends of 2026. If ticket sales follow the momentum this lineup has generated, waiting until the last minute could get expensive.
Rock The South continues to prove why it’s one of the premier country music festivals in America. If you’re planning a fall festival trip, this one deserves a spot at the top of your list.
