Northern Alberta’s beloved festival, Big Valley Jamboree, is set to return this summer with an unforgettable weekend of live country music.
Bringing together the best of the genre, Big Valley Jamboree 2025 (BVJ) will see headlining performances by GRAMMY-nominated country music superstar Blake Shelton, 2024 CMA New Artist of the Year Nominee Bailey Zimmerman and GRAMMY-nominated Multi-PLATINUM Entertainer Jason Aldean. One of Canada’s longest-standing country music festivals, BVJ will return to Alberta’s picturesque prairies from July 31 to August 3, 2025.

Taking the stage at BVJ for the fourth time is ten-time CMA Award winner Blake Shelton. Amassing 29 #1 singles since his debut in 2001, the country megastar has sold 52 million singles and 13 million albums worldwide, with nearly 11 billion global streams. He has won close to 100 awards across nearly every awards show possible. He is one of country music’s most recognized stars and chief ambassadors, Big Valley Jamboree attendees are in for a night of classic honky-tonk, featuring Shelton’s massive hits and personality.
Bailey Zimmerman will headline the festival for the first time this summer, making his highly anticipated return following an unforgettable performance in 2023. The rising country superstar has quickly made a name for himself, earning the top streaming debut album of the year across all genres and the biggest streaming country debut of all time with his debut album Religiously. The 2023 Billboard Country Rookie of the Year has toured globally, selling out his first-ever international headline tour this year and joining Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time World Tour. Zimmerman is now headlining festivals worldwide and fans can look forward to an electrifying performance from one of country music’s hottest new stars.
Returning for the first time since 2017 will be Multi-PLATINUM entertainer Jason Aldean. The 3x ACM Entertainer of the Year and reigning ACM Artist of the Decade has amassed over 28 number-one singles,18 billion streams and more than 20 million albums sold. His latest album, Highway Desperado, earned the Country Icon a Billboard 100 Chart-topping hit and a Billboard Award nomination and features his current hit single, “Whiskey Drink.” With multiple sold-out tours, Aldean will bring his chart-topping hits to BVJ’s main stage this coming summer.
As the legendary festival heads into what is sure to be another successful season, Big Valley Jamboree organizers announced that Nashville’sbiggest stars Tyler Hubbard, Ashley McBryde, Nate Smith, Clint Black and Drew Baldridge along with celebrated Canadian country artists Tyler Joe Miller, Tim Hicks, James Barker Band, Tommy Charles, Owen Riegling, Lindsay Ell, Nice Horse, Savannah Jade and Teigen Gayse will also join this summer’s epic lineup.
