Country megastar Toby Keith is set to return to Tree Town Music Festival as Saturday’s headliner at next year’s event set for May 23-26, 2019. The four-day festival takes place at the Winnebago rally campgrounds and Heritage Park in Forest City, Iowa over Memorial Day weekend. Ticket renewals are available this weekend to attendees.
