Montreal, get ready to kick up some dust! LASSO Montreal, Canada’s premier country music festival, is back and bigger than ever for its 2025 edition. Returning to the stunning Parc Jean-Drapeau on August 15-16, with an extra night of festivities for LASSO in the City on August 14, this year’s festival promises an unforgettable weekend packed with chart-topping headliners, legendary icons, and the hottest rising stars in country music.
A Star-Studded Lineup That Hits All the Right Notes
Following the previously announced headliners, Bailey Zimmerman and Jelly Roll, LASSO 2025 is bringing even more star power to the stage. The legendary Sheryl Crow joins the roster, set to deliver timeless hits like “Soak Up the Sun” and “If It Makes You Happy” with the energy and heart that earned her nine GRAMMY Awards.
Southern storytelling sensation Riley Green will also take center stage, serenading fans with heartfelt anthems like “I Wish Grandpas Never Died” and “There Was This Girl.” Virginia’s own Shaboozey is gearing up to bring his genre-bending fusion of hip-hop, country, and rock, fresh off the success of his viral hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which has earned him five GRAMMY nominations this year.
Rising star Tucker Wetmore, who has shared the stage with Luke Bryan and Kameron Marlowe, will be showcasing his small-town charm and undeniable stage presence. Quebec’s very own Quebec Redneck Bluegrass Project returns to electrify their home province, while bluegrass-folk fusion group The Dead South will have the crowd stomping along to “In Hell I’ll Be in Good Company.”
Canadian country is also well represented with powerhouse performances from Madeline Merlo and Sacha, who bring their bold and empowering anthems to the LASSO stage. Traditional country lovers won’t want to miss Charles Wesley Godwin, whose masterful storytelling is sure to transport fans straight to the heart of Appalachia.
Rising Stars You Won’t Want to Miss
LASSO is known for spotlighting the future of country music, and 2025’s festival is no exception. Keep an eye on rising artists Wyatt Flores, Cameron Whitcomb (playing Théâtre Beanfield on February 24), Kashus Culpepper, Noeline Hofmann, and Teigen Gayse, each bringing their own unique sound and energy to the stage.
