This depends on the event, and on what delivery options you selected. Some tickets are eTickets which you can print up immediately after your order, while others are physical tickets you can have delivered to the address of your choice. When you select your concert tickets, pay special attention to the Delivery Options box on the billing page. This will provide you with your ticket delivery timeline.
