In a first for AEG, Firefly Music Festival today announced an exciting partnership with leading entertainment platform TikTok. Collaboratively developed to bring the magic of Firefly to TikTok’s global community of more than one billion, this unique partnership will give fans unparalleled access to the festival’s most exciting moments through a mix of live and on-demand in-app programming, including live-streamed artist performance and behind-the-scenes looks, interviews and exclusive content from The Woodlands hosted by TikTok creators – all under the banner of TikTok’s new “Backstage Pass” programming initiative. There will even be an on-site studio for TikTok creators to film high-quality content on the festival grounds.
As the largest East Coast camping festival, Firefly has earned its reputation as one of the country’s rite-of-passage destinations for music lovers across the U.S. With a similar approach to bringing fans the larger-than-life experiences that helped establish the likes of internationally renowned festivals like Glastonbury and as ‘bucket list’ events, Firefly has grown into one of the biggest, most-beloved music weekends in America. Fans can also take advantage of Amtrak service to Wilmington, Delaware as well as SEPTA and Greyhound bus line service along with a regional shuttle service available for purchase.
