On the heels of his first GRAMMY Award nomination and a banner year, reigning CMA New Artist of the Year & ACM New Male Artist of the Year Jimmie Allen has announced his forthcoming Down Home Tour 2022. The trek will kick off February 3 at the famed Troubadour in Los Angeles, CA and marks Allen’s first headline tour.
Artist presales will begin tomorrow, December 7 at 10am local time and run through Thursday, December 9 at 10pm local time. General tickets will go on sale Friday, December 10 at 10am local time at https://www.jimmieallenmusic.com.
“I’m looking forward to the Down Home Tour, my first ever headlining tour. I wanted to wait awhile before headlining because I wanted the timing to be right, I didn’t want to rush it. I wanted to make sure I was ready, my band was ready, so we could give the audience what they deserve every night – which is greatness,” Allen said of the announcement. “And I finally feel like my band and I are at a point where greatness is something we can achieve. Joining Allen on the road are special guests Neon Union. Comprised of Leo Brooks & Andrew Millsaps, the duo is the inaugural artist signed to JAB Entertainment, a full-service management and production company launched by Allen alongside partners John Marks and Aaron Benward. Their first single, “Beer Up” is slated to drop on December 30 through a distribution deal with EMPIRE.
