Two-time GRAMMY® Award nominated and multiple ACM- and CMA Award winning multiplatinum vocalist Kelsea Ballerini continued her exclusive 10 night only HEARTFIRST TOUR October 7th, at Los Angeles’ iconic Greek Theatre.
Eight-time Entertainer of the Year and fellow East Tennessee songwriter/superstar Kenny Chesney shocked both the acclaimed songwriter, producer and author and the crowd when he walked onstage for a surprise performance of “half of my hometown,” their chart-topping duet. The pair’s collaboration was most recently nominated for the CMA Awards’ prestigious “Single of the Year.”
Kenny Chesney said of the epic surprise, “Singing ‘Half Of My Hometown’ with Kelsea is always magic, because she grew up where I did… and she knows all those places, too. So proud of her, especially at the Greek last night.”
The tour supports Kelsea’s fourth studio album, as well as one of the year’s most anticipated country albums, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The project marks her first full-length release since 2020 when she unveiled her gold-selling kelsea and its stripped-down companion ballerini. Credited as a songwriter for all 15 songs, Kelsea wrote the project’s “MARILYN” on her own. Featuring the epic girl power collaboration “YOU’RE DRUNK, GO HOME,” she teams with fellow superstars Kelly Clarkson and Carly Pearce, as “HEARTFIRST,” the project’s lead single, continues into the Top 25 at Country Radio; “HEARTFIRST” has already amassed nearly 80M streams since its release.
