Max McNown Announces The Cost of Growing Up Tour for Spring 2026

After a whirlwind year of sold-out shows, platinum hits, and major festival appearances, Max McNown is keeping his foot on the gas. The rising singer-songwriter just announced his Spring 2026 headline run, The Cost of Growing Up Tour, and it’s already shaping up to be one of next year’s biggest breakout tours.

The 20-plus date run kicks off March 20 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and brings Max’s heartfelt storytelling and high-energy performances to cities across the country. The tour will include a milestone moment for the 24-year-old, his debut at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium, which sold out instantly, prompting a second show on April 2. He’ll also make his debut at Stagecoach Festival in California later that month and join Parker McCollum for three special Florida dates along the way.

Tickets and VIP Access

Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday, November 7 at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster, VividSeats, and SeatGeek. Fans can get early access through Max’s artist presale beginning Tuesday, November 4 at 10 a.m. local time. VIP packages will also be available for select cities. A Breakout Year

This new tour follows the success of Max’s Fall Forever Ain’t Long Enough Tour, which sold out more than 30 shows across North America and will wrap with a run through Ireland, the UK, and Europe this winter. The upcoming spring tour shares its name with Max’s expanded sophomore album, Night Diving (The Cost of Growing Up), a 21-song collection that’s earned widespread acclaim for its emotional honesty and cinematic sound.

At only 24, Max is building an impressive resume. His 2023 single “A Lot More Free” recently went Platinum, while “Better Me For You (Brown Eyes)” just earned Gold certification. Combined, the two songs have passed 500 million streams worldwide, securing his first Top 10 single at Adult Pop Radio and continued crossover success at Country and Top 40 formats.

Max has also spent the year lighting up major stages at CMA Fest, Boston Calling, C2C, and Lollapalooza, plus made his television debut on both The Kelly Clarkson Show and The TODAY Show.

How to See Him Live

With the way tickets have been flying, fans will want to move fast. Between the Ryman sellouts, the festival debuts, and the national buzz, The Cost of Growing Up Tour looks like another major leap forward for one of country’s most promising new voices.

Please note: Max McNown wants to give fans the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible, shows on this tour ticketed by Ticketmaster will have Face Value Exchange enabled, which gives fans who can’t attend the option to resell their tickets at the original price paid. To protect the Exchange, Max has requested that all shows ticketed by Ticketmaster be mobile-only and restricted from transfer (except in states where local laws limit artist’s ability to determine how their tickets are resold). For AXS-ticketed events, fans will be encouraged to resell their tickets for face value directly through the AXS Official Resale marketplace. For specific questions about a show’s ticketing provider and transfer/resale policies, fans should reach out to the local venue box office.
