WhiskeyChick’s Take
Treaty Oak Revival putting a rodeo inside the BOK Center and then taking over the stage feels less like a side event and more like the natural next step for a band whose live show has gotten this big. This isn’t some rodeo with a band tacked onto the end. Fallon Taylor, Jesse Pope, Statler Wright and Josh Frost give the competition real credentials, while Treaty Oak Revival gives fans a reason to stick around after the dust settles.
And the timing couldn’t be better. West Texas Degenerate gave the band its first No. 1 albums on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums and Americana/Folk Albums charts, while the release has already topped half a billion streams. Treaty Oak Revival has passed 4 billion global streams overall, and they’re moving from sold-out shows and major festivals into the kind of arena-level territory that makes Tulsa’s Extreme Rodeo feel completely on brand. With a one-night-only format like this, fans who want good BOK Center seats shouldn’t count on waiting until the last minute.
