In a major announcement today Dierks Bentley shared with fans the creation of his very own Seven Peaks Music Festival!
Dierks Bentley has been in the business for more than 15 years, has six No. 1 country albums to his name, and has headlined arenas and festivals around the world. Yet, he still had a dream that hadn’t come true: curating festival of his own.
The 42-year-old singer is finally making one more dream a reality this year over Labor Day weekend. Bentley officially announces his very own gathering, Seven Peaks Music Festival, exclusively on Billboard today (April 5).
Located in the gorgeous mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado, Bentley’s festival – named after the seven mountaintops surrounding the grounds – will take place Aug. 31 through Sept. 2, featuring appearances from Miranda Lambert, Brothers Osborne, LANCO, Elle King, Del McCoury, Sam Bush and The Cadillac Three, with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
Of course, Bentley will also take the stage, but not just one time: The singer plans to perform at least once each day of the fest, possibly popping up for surprise collaborations with his fellow performers (“Hope to have a lot of cross-pollination,” he quips). And when he isn’t on stage, he intends on getting in on the festival action himself. Find out more on Billboard.com!
